Relax Scenes should play on virtually any LCD smart TV manufactured over the past decade. Common brands that have been tested include Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio and many others.

Check TV’s manual or manufacturer website to confirm USB playback is supported before buying.

Relax Scene videos will also play on any personal computer(s) including Windows, Apple and Linux operating systems, all versions as wells as Android, iOS phones and tablets.

Yes! No internet connection is needed for Relax Scenes USB video playback. Just plug the USB drive into an available USB port on your TV, press the “source” button on your remote and select the USB/Relaxscenes video for playback.

If you’ve purchased the Relax Scenes 12 hour video file or any of our stock videos and have not received your download link via email, check your emails “junk” email folder first, if you still don’t see the email with the link, contact Relax Scenes, and we’ll make it right ASAP!

While we do our best to make sure every file download goes smoothly its still possible to experience a problem.

If you tried to download the file but the download failed, try again 30 minutes/1 hour later, when internet traffic has reduced.

If you successfully downloaded the video(s) but its not the correct one, let us know and we’ll get the correct video file to you ASAP!

For consumer/residential inhome use Relax Scenes 12 hour video can be used on more than one device after purchase.

For business use, one Relax Scenes 12 hour video must be purchased per TV/Device used for playback. Bulk discounts available for 5+ devices, just shoot us an email for a quote.

Step 1: Plug in the USB drive into your computer’s USB port.

Step 2: Open “File Explorer” (the yellow folder icon on your taskbar) and locate the USB drive. It should appear under “This PC” or “Devices and drives.”

Step 3: Right-click on the USB drive and select “Format” from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: In the “Format” window, select “NTFS” from the “File system” dropdown menu.

Step 5: (Optional) You can also give your USB drive a new name by typing it into the “Volume label” field…like: RELAXSCENES

Step 6: Click “Start” to begin the formatting process. You will see a warning message saying that all data on the drive will be lost. Make sure you have backed up any important data before proceeding.

Step 7: Once the formatting is complete, you can close the “Format” window.  Now use Windows File Explorer to copy the download Relax Scenes video file to the USB Drive.

That’s it! Plug the USB drive into your TV, select Source on the remote, select file and press play!
