What devices does Relax Scenes support? Is my device supported?

By default, the videos are optimized to play on all browsers, including mobile devices and Chromecast, without the need for the app. However, they will not play on Roku or AppleTV without an OTT app. OTT apps are coming soon to Relax Scenes and will be available for Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, and Apple TV. Samsung TV and LG TV webOS are currently in development and scheduled to drop later this year; Relax Scenes will add them as soon as they are available.

What are the minimum system requirements for viewing videos?

While almost any computer built in the past ten years should work well to stream Relax Scenes videos, for best results, a minimum of a Pentium Core 2 Duo and 2 Gigabytes of RAM is recommended.

Is my internet fast enough for this?

If you have a broadband internet connection with a minimum of 5 Mbps, then Relax Scenes should stream well. For best results, 18 Mbps or better is recommended for the highest quality videos. You can check your internet speed here: https://fast.com.

I don’t have internet, can I still use Relax Scenes?

Relax Scenes is a streaming service, meaning it requires internet to function. However, if you would like to use Relax Scenes without accessing the internet, contact us, and we would be happy to customize a downloadable or USB Drive package for you. Please note, downloadable, and USB Drive packages have a small “Relax Scenes” watermark in the bottom corner of the videos.

Why do I need to enter billing information for my free trial?

Yes. Relax Scenes asks for a payment method to ensure you don’t have an interruption in service after the free trial ends. We do this by sending an authorization request to your financial institution to verify that your payment method works. Should you choose to, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Relax Scenes accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal payments.

Is cancelling my account difficult & are there penalties?

Canceling your Relax Scenes account is easy. Log in to your account and click on “Dashboard” in the top menu. In your Account Dashboard, click on “Billing,” then under “Active Plan,” click on “Change Plan.” In the bottom right is a “Cancel Membership” button.

You may also remove your credit card information at anytime by clicking the “Remove Card” button under “Payment Methods.” Your account will then deactivate at the end of your subscription. If you cancel your account prior to the expiration of your pre-paid subscription period, you forfeit the fees paid for any unused portion of your subscription, which are non-refundable. 

There are no penalties for cancelling your subscription.

Do you offer gift cards/ gift subscriptions?
Yes! Our gift cards are a great way to give the give of zen and relaxation. They can be purchased directly from our Gift Card Store, or by purchasing a regular subscription and selecting “Buy as a Gift” on the Customer Information page.
What amounts can gift cards be purchased in?
Our gift cards are conveniently available in 3 recommended amounts to cover a month-long, 6-month long, or year-long subscription. If you prefer, you can also select your own arbitrary amount.
I received a Relax Scenes gift card. How do I redeem it?
Congratulations, and welcome to Relax Scenes! Redeeming your gift card is easy. Simply click here and enter your gift card number. You can also access this page by going to the Subscribe page and clicking on the “Have a gift card?” link at the bottom of the page.
My gift subscription has ended. Can I continue using Relax Scenes?

Yes! Enter your billing information and your current plan will auto-renew once your subscription has ended. To change your plan, log in to your account and click on “Dashboard” in the top menu. In your Account Dashboard, click on “Billing,” then under “Active Plan,” click on “Change Plan.”Choose the plan you would like to continue with, and click “Activate.”

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click “Forgot Password.” Enter the email associated with your account, and click “Send Instructions.” The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click “Reset Password” and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking “Dashboard” from the top navigation menu. Select “Password” and update your password.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking “Dashboard” on the top navigation menu. Select “Billing” and update your billing information.

How do I change my subscription plan?

Changing your Relax Scenes subscription plan is easy! Log in to your account and click on “Dashboard” in the top menu. In your Account Dashboard, click on “Billing,” then under “Active Plan,” click on “Change Plan.”Choose the plan you would like instead, and click “Activate.”

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

Do you offer refunds?

No. If you cancel your account prior to the expiration of your pre-paid subscription period, you forfeit the fees paid for any unused portion of your subscription, which are non-refundable.

If you have subscribed and are having internet speed or device playback issues, please contact us. We will do anything we can to help you resolve these issues, and if they cannot be resolved, we may make an exception.

My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?
Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site. 
 
To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast. Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.

To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?
Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.
Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?
Yes. Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere!
Which browsers are supported?
While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years. You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.

Do you offer free trials for site license clients?

Yes. We can provide a free Relax Scenes trial account valid for up to 4 weeks upon request. However, this account will only allow two simultaneous connections to Relax Scenes at one time.

What is the maximum number of devices my business can have with a Relax Scenes site license?

Technically there is no limit to the number of devices or sites that can be supported. Any limitation is based on the bandwidth of your business’s internet connection and your networking equipment onsite. The rule of thumb is 5 Mbps per second for every device that would be streaming simultaneously.

Does Relax Scenes work anywhere in the world?

Yes. We use a global content delivery network called Akamai. Akamai has servers all over the world so that viewers can access Relax Scenes from anywhere in the world with no buffering time. Both Netflix and Youtube stream videos in precisely the same workflow that we do.

Can site licenses be used for businesses with more than one location?

Yes. Site licenses can be customized for businesses with any number of locations anywhere in the world. Contact us for a custom quote or more information. Please note amounts will be in U.S. Dollars.

Is Relax Scenes PCI Compliant?

Yes. Relax Scenes uses a PCI Compliant platform. This means that all transactions and payments through the Relax Scenes platform are fully secure and compliant.
